Job Description

The Packing Laborer performs various heavy-lifting and other detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced rifle packing facility. As a packer you will assemble product-specific packing crates, pack sporting rifles in the custom crates per the specifications and carefully load and secure materials on trucks. The packing laborer will work as part of a team at the production conveyor and at individual stations. 

We are offering $18.00 per hour, working 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. During overtime, employees can come in at 7:00 AM and stay until 6:00 PM and/or work a half-day on Saturday.  

Job Requirements

Requirements:  

  • High School diploma or GED/equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Lifts materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a team environment and perform team lifts
  • Must be able to move throughout the facility 100% of the time
