Job Description
HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an Administrative / Accounting Assistant for a small business located in Amityville, NY:
This is a temporary to permanent position, Monday – Friday 12:00pm – 5:00pm, $20.00 hourly
The ideal candidate would have Office and some accounting background.
Job description:
Monitor A/P email and print all invoices and review all vendor statements against BW accounts.
Match A/P invoices to PO’s & packing list
Enter A/P invoices into BW.
Filing A/R & A/P
Customer COI requests
Vendor COI’s – review list & obtain all required renewal COI’s.
Email A/R invoices to clients
Monitor A/R email.
Follow up on any outstanding vendor invoice issues with vendors or PM’s/Purchasing
Match A/P checks to invoices
Mail A/P checks
Assist in collections – sending follow up emails etc.
Follow up with Client deposit invoices.
Match receipts to credit cards and follow up for all missing receipts.
*Miscellaneous clerical duties that may come up as needed*
