Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Advanced Assembler to support mechanical and electrical assembly efforts for our production program. The ideal candidate will have experience in soldering and be able to work with detailed assembly processes. U.S. Citizenship is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical and electrical assembly as part of the production process.
  • Ensure that assemblies meet quality standards and program requirements.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while completing tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and address any production challenges.

Job Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Must have soldering experience.
  • Requires two (2) years of High School or Trade School education.

Skills Preferred:

  • Training and certification in the following standards are highly preferred:
    • J-STD-001 (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies)
    • IPC-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies)
    • IPC-620 (Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies)

Experience Required:

  • Requires two (2) years of a High School or Trade School education.

Education Required:

  • Requires two (2) years of a High School or Trade School education.

Additional Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this role.
  • Drug screening and background checks are required.
