Job Description

We are hiring for a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant:

Reconcile and balance accounts
Verify, allocate and post transactions in computer files
Transfer data to general ledger
Gather data reports to show cash receipts, accounts payable/receivable, profit/loss, etc
Handle tax/reports
Prepare and mail monthly statements to customers
Assist in customer service
Answer multi-line phone system
Reconciles the company credit cards

$12-$15/hr DOE
