Job Description

Machine Operator – Day Shift in Guilderland Center, NY

Our client is seeking a CNC operator to join their team! This full-time, day shift role offers competitive pay, great benefits, and the chance to grow with a team that values quality and innovation.
What You’ll Do:
  • Operate and program HOMAG saws, edge banders, and WEEKE CNC machines.
  • Perform daily maintenance and ensure accurate, high-quality production.
  • Inspect materials, prepare cut lists, and safely handle equipment.
  • Keep work areas clean and report equipment issues promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive, learning mindset.
  • Manufacturing experience a plus, but training provided.
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Schedule & Pay:
  • $18–$20/hr based on experience
  • Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (10-hour shifts), with possible overtime
  • Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, and more
