Customer Service/Project Coordinator 1st and 3rd shifts available

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supports Program Manager for Supply Chain, Finance and Help desk to ensure goals are met
  • Supports Program Manager to ensure service level agreements are met
  • Collaborates with internal business partners to ensure the success of the program
  • Review and monitor service activity and communicate issues to Program Manager
  • Prepare and analyze reports as the business requires
  • Address program customer service escalations with appropriate managers.  Perform root cause analysis and provide resolution to the client program


Education and Experience

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Program Management or supporting a Program Management role
  • Additional Requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
  • Experience in IT Service Industry a plus
  • Experience in ITIL Foundation v3 a plus

Certifications and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a face-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with coworkers and customers
