Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for working as a team member of the Customer Service Group to be the day to day point person for our customer base. This position will be the interface with the internal organizations on behalf of the customers, and the person who understands the value of a relationship to the customer. Teaming with other groups, the CSR will provide exemplary service to the customer to ensure and increase sales, loyalty and satisfaction.
