The Human Resources Department is searching for the right Benefits Partner to join the team! This position reports to the Assistant Director, Benefits and will work across all benefit product lines. The right individual will enjoy and flourish on interacting and educating with our employees and retirees on their benefits and have great attention to detail, capacity for work and LOVE benefits. This is a regular full-time position and is benefits eligible.
The HR Partner – Benefits will thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment that involves performing a variety of tactical and often times complex technical work. This role will be the face of the benefits team when responding to benefits questions from employees and retirees. The role involves analyzing and implementing various components of employee health and welfare and retirement benefit plans (qualified and non-qualified) and includes transnational duties. Performing all aspects of employee benefits administration will include but will not be limited to resolving insurance issues, recognizing, reporting and reconciling problems, preparing communications and presenting materials to individuals and to groups frequently, while ensuring your work meets plan and regulatory compliance.
