Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. We value experience and certifications, but we're also committed to fostering new talent and are open to helping the right individual complete their apprenticeship.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining technical issues and solutions.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician is highly preferred.
  • Valid HVAC certification (e.g., EPA Universal, NATE) is a strong asset.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed an HVAC apprenticeship program.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC principles, electrical systems, and refrigeration cycles.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
