Job Description

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking Manufacturing Operators for a company located in Millersburg, PA for the following shifts:

2nd shift, 2pm-10:30pm Monday - Friday

3rd shift, 10pm-6:30am Sunday - Friday morning

Weekend shift: 6am-6:30pm Friday - Sunday

 

**Training for these positions will be 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday for the first two weeks**

$18.98 hourly

 

 As a Manufacturing Operator you will be responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, and/or packaging of Bioprocess Containers in a clean room environment.

You will carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents and blueprints or drawings as they relate to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging.

This position requires the following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

What will you do?

Manually assembling tubing and connectors to be used in the medical industry

Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard operating procedures

Manufacture bags utilizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint

Utilize tape measures to build products according to customer requirements

Record and complete accurate documentation according to GMP requirements

Drive a culture of safety and quality in all activities

Responsible for performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products and escalate when appropriate

Working with a team in a fast-paced environment assembling product

Participating in the Lean Practical Process Improvement (PPI) culture
