Role & Responsibilities Assist supervisor in organization & coordination of personnel and equipment Assume responsibilities of supervisor in his/her absence Know all operations within the assigned area Assist in training of all new employees Maintain open communication in motivating employees to meet quality and productivity goals Monitor safety within assigned area Monitor quality within assigned area
Other related duties as assigned Minimum Requirements The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma/GED and 1-2 years leadership experience in a Manufacturing environment. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills. SAP experience preferred.
