Senior HR Administrator

HRIS & Benefits functions
Staffing & Onboarding
General HR administrative functions
Workers Compensation and Safety
Employee Relations (includes fostering wellness and planning employee social activities and recognition)
Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources Administration with a minimum of three years of experience specifically related to benefits and HRIS administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of laws affecting human resources administration
Ability to identify, prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines
Must be able to maintain confidentiality
Excellent time management communications, decision making, people and organizational skills
Paylocity experience preferred but not necessary
