Job Description

Are you looking for your next assignment in the Technical Writing field? We are looking for a Writer to work at a Great Medical Industry client that is looking for help. 

  • Simplifies complex concepts into meaningful content for employees.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts to create effective training materials, user guides, and instructions for use.
  • Gathers and analyzes all inputs for creating or editing documents.
  • Conducts effective document reviews with subject matter experts and then organizes and implements feedback.
  • Makes progress on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prepares documentation for submission into the Quality Management System.
  • Assists in planning, scheduling, and tracking project deliverables.
  • Continuously improves documents including writing style, harmonization of terminology and best practices for layout and illustrations.
  • Solicits feedback from reviewers and negotiates changes to achieve consensus.
  • Manages multiple project priorities with minimal assistance.

Adjusts to changing time lines and requirements

Job Requirements

  • 3+ Years of experience in writing for the medical device industry preferred.
  • Degree in writing/English or completion of a technical program in addition to 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Experience in creating documentation for audiences with different levels of technical skill. 
  • BG/DT
