Our client in Hyannis is seeking a Billing Clerk/Office Assistant to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity
with a great employer on Cape Cod! 20+hours a week
Part Time Billing Clerk/Office Assistant
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Maintain Customer billing.
Work with Sales Support Team to make adds and changes to Advertisers' accounts.
Answer Customer questions regarding invoices.
. Prepare invoices & statements.
Enter billing into Quickbooks
Post payment daily to Quickbooks. (includes Credit Cards/First Data)
Prepare deposits/Scan checks to bank daily.
Reconcile A/R balances between 2 systems.
Work with Marketing Consultants to clear payment discrepancies and collections
Work with Business Manager to book all revenue and trade adjustment into Quickbooks.
Work with all Managers to ensure that all EEO recruitment is done properly.
Run reports as needed
Other projects and tasks that may arise.
A/R and A/P experience required
Quickbooks experience is preferred
Can adapt and work well in a busy environment
