The Bookkeeper is responsible for completing day-to-day accounting functions in a multi-company environment including AP/AR, as well as assisting with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.  This position requires impeccable attention to detail, thoroughness, accuracy and expert accounting skills.  Reporting to the director of accounting and work with management to prepare and interpret financial reports and transactions.




Job Requirements

  • BS Degree in accounting or equivalency in work experience.
  • Exceptional analytical skills required.
  • Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Competency with ERP automated accounting systems.  
  • Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented, conscientious, trustworthy, and able to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Experience in a multi-company environment desirable.
  • Expertise with Excel required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including MS Access preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to operate in a team environment.
