Customer Returnes Clerk

  • Responsible for the daily processing of all returned product to the company through its ERP system.
  • The position reviews processes, questions, expedites and corrects all incoming products returned from customer
  • Open all daily returns for the processing of each.
  • Document the receipt of customer returns with complete attention to details.
  • Receive all customer returns within established timeline.
  • Follow-up and follow-through (including problem resolution) must be complete and accomplished in a timely manner.
  • All employees are expected to be knowledgeable about and follow the Company’s Equal Employment and Affirmative Action Policies, including policies on the rights of individuals with disabilities and harassment
  • Perform other task as requested by the Customer Returns Supervisor.
  • Be able to fill in at any other position within Customer Returns

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Data entry experience strongly preferred.
  • Must have a high attention to detail.
  • SAP experience preferred.                       
  • Must be able to frequently lift up to 35lbs.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 70lbs with assistance.
  • This position requires continuous and varying degrees of movement in a fast-paced environment on a daily basis.
  • Required physical movement includes actions such as moving, reaching, bending, grabbing, packing, lifting, pulling, climbing ladders and pushing when required.
  • This position requires standing for significant periods during the day.
  • Must possess good hand/eye coordination, manual dexterity.
  • Must be able to be in contact with bleach wipes.
  • Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be conscious of safety around bio-hazardous material.
  • Must be able to process product with both safety and efficiency as high priorities.
