Our client in Falmouth, MA is seeking a Senior HR Analyst/Team Lead.  This is an excellent opportunity with a worldwide known company.

The Senior HR Partner/Benefits Administrator will perform all transactional and tactical duties in relation to administering active and retiree medical, dental, vision, life,flexible spending and retirement benefits.  Assist in the counseling and education of employees and retirees regarding the use of benefits.  Document and maintain technical specifications and plan requirements related to the benefits system administration.  Work with HRIS, IS, and vendors to ensure that the system is set up properly to administer plans appropriately and in accordance with the plan documents and regulations.

Identify and recommend improvements to processes, documents and SOP's. Support resolution of employee and retiree benefit issues and identify trends by working with peers, employees, retirees and carriers.

Analyze bank and financial statements, assist with bi-weekly funding, conduct industry-wide benefit surveys, analyze results and recommend any changes.

Responsible for contributing to a positive and collaborative environment and working closely with all in the HR department.

B.S/B.A degree, 7 years of related experience

CEBS or CBP certification is highly desired

Excellent knowledge of principles and practices associated with administering and managing employee benefit program, project management 

and metrics reporting.

Knowledge of federal and state benefit laws and regulations including but not limited to ACA, DOL, IRS, HIPAA and their effect on employer sponsored

benefit programs.

Must be HIGHLY proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Focus on delivering quality customer service.

Positive attitude, ready to work collaboratively in a team environment.
