Our client in Albany, NY is has an opening for a temp to hire an Administrative Assistant with customer service.

This is a small but very busy insurance agency looking for an Administrative Assistant to work at their front desk.

Duties Include:

- Answering phones

- Greeting clients

- Rating and policy renewals

- General Admin tasks (filing, copying, email, data entry etc)

The hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

- Must have excellent phone skills

- Insurance experience required, agency or company - do not have to be licensed but licensed would be preferred.

- Experience with Auto, COI, claims etc preferred

- Experience with AMS360 preferred

- Great attitude and self motivation required!
