Our client in Hyannis, MA is seeking a Technical Support Associate to join their growing team. Providing technical support to dealers by researching and answering technical questions in a timely manner, resolving problems, providing resources, determining and following up with root cause resolution.
Job Duties include:
Listening to problems and concerns of the user
Resolving issues by researching documentation, troubleshooting hardware, software or feature problem, guiding caller through corrective steps
Maintain help desk database by entering call statisticsm inquiries, responses, creating documentation and training materials
Perform on-call rotational duties as needed

At least one year technical/troubleshooting experience is REQUIRED
MAC computing knowledge
Linux computing knowledge
Exemplary customer service skills
Technical troubleshooting skills, technical understanding of AV products, clear written and verbal communication skills
Field based experience with advanced integrated systems
Ability to follow logical process in order to determine and resolve issues
