Our client in Hyannis is seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Associate.


The Help desk associate will:

Provide technical support to dealers by researching and answering technical questions

Understand dealer issues by listening to problems and concerns

Resolve issues by researching documentation and troubleshooting hardware

Guiding dealer through corrective steps

Maintain help desk database by entering caller statistics, inquiries and responses

Update job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging practices and standards

Ideal candidate must have:

At least one year Technical Support experience

Proven exemplary customer service, listening, professionalism and patience

Technical troubleshooting skills, technical understanding of AV products

Clear written and verbal communication skills

MAC and Linux computer knowledge
