We’re seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, efficient shipping/receiving, safety, and team development. This role ensures smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and a safe, productive environment.

• Supervise and support warehouse staff; coordinate with the Warehouse Manager.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control to ensure accuracy and on‑time deliveries.
• Manage cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain all required documentation.
• Schedule labor to meet operational needs and monitor daily workflow.
• Train, coach, and develop employees; support onboarding and safety training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, company policies, and food safety standards.  
• Conduct safety meetings, equipment inspections, and incident investigations.
• Build strong customer relationships and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory practices, WMS systems, and handheld scanners.
• Strong communication, organization, and team‑building skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and hold teams accountable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and obtain Industrial Truck Certification.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
