Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide service & customer support during onsite and remote visits; installation of computer hardware and software, repairs, maintenance and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions, troubleshooting, repair and client training procedures
  • Establish assistance by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering essential components and parts, completing installation and performing quality assurance tests
  • Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization to build positive relationships with clients and coworkers

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required (certification or higher degree preferred), ability to read & write English required
  • Passing results on pre-employment screenings required
  • 3+ years IT-customer service experience required, strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 operating systems and MS Office Suite applications required, knowledge of Cisco VoIP phone systems required
  • Availability & willingness to work overtime as required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong adaptability & flexibility and attention to detail

***This is a 2-3 month temporary-to-permanent position, all of our agency's temporary workers become eligible for medical & other voluntary coverage benefit plans including dental & vision insurance at 60 days worked.
