Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilizes job-specific software
  • Answering and routing incoming calls.
  • Scheduling material movement via email and phone
  • Data Entry
  • Scanning/Filing
  • Secondary telephone contact for in-house scale operator
  • Supports the management team and mission of the company

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Highly organized and focused.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Dependable.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Obtaining a weigh master license and working with other team members for truck scale coverage - we will train and send you for a weigh master license.
  • 1-2 years Customer Service & Data Entry experience required.
  • Prefer someone with knowledge of CieTrade software but willing to train the right individual
