Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Tech for a small apartment rental community in Morris County. 

Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, $22.00 hourly 

We are looking for an associate who has these proven “make-ready” skills:

                        --Drywall: scrape, spackle, sanding, caulk, paint

                        --Light plumbing, electric, carpentry, tile work

Required Physical Skills

                        --Using basic hand tools

                        --Knowledge of basic carpentry, electric, plumbing, painting, safety

                        --Snow and litter removal

Must Possess These Team Skills

 --Highly motivated, self-starter who can handle multiple tasks/adhere to maintenance schedules

--Ability to work with little oversight:

     The Superintendent will train but may not work side-by-side.

--Take direction, read & understand instructions, follow-through independently and work well with team

--Can communicate effectively with Superintendent, residents, and public

 

At least one (1) years’ experience in property maintenance is desirable.
