Job Description

Job Title: Verification & Validation (V&V) Test Technician – Temp to Perm
Location: Manchester, NH
Salary: $22/hr (1st Shift)
Hours: 1st Shift
Duration: 6 months Temporary to Permanent
Position Summary and Special Duties:
As a V&V Test Technician, your day-to-day duties will consist of, but may not be limited to:
  • Execute detailed test procedures according to written instructions.
  • Work closely within a testing team of 5 or more, including Test Managers, Shift Leads, Engineers, and fellow Technicians.
  • Accurately document and report test results for regulatory and manufacturing validation.
  • Identify and escalate anomalies during testing.
  • Assist engineering teams with troubleshooting and offer feedback to improve testing procedures.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with FDA standards for medical devices.
Job Specifications:
  • Education or formal training in a technical field (Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, Vocational Education, etc.).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Design QA or Manufacturing QA testing role (medical device experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience using test equipment such as data loggers, scales, and pressure gauges.
  • Familiarity with executing test procedures created by others.
  • Strong computer skills, including:
    • Working with spreadsheets
    • Running custom software tools
    • Executing command-line instructions
  • Must be able to lift 25–30 lbs when necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
