What You'll Do:
As a Mold Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for our injection molding machines. You'll monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, perform minor repairs, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your expertise will keep production flowing and our quality high.
  • Keep our molding machines and auxiliary equipment running at peak performance.
  • Diagnose and fix problems, performing minor repairs and cleaning molds/platens to prevent quality issues.
  • Fine-tune machine settings to optimize operations and part quality.
  • Manage machine startups and shutdowns to meet production demands.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to keep our equipment in top shape.
  • Use your troubleshooting skills and OEM schematics to quickly get machinery back online.
  • Champion safety and quality standards in all your work.
What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Two years of manufacturing experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Strong mechanical skills, the ability to read schematics, and experience with production machinery.
  • Knowledge of injection molding machines and basic processing is a definite plus!
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
