Picker / Packer
Pay: $16.94 per hour

Location: Norwalk, CT

Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team. This is an entry-level position that does not require previous warehouse experience. The Picker/Packer is responsible for selecting products, packing orders, and preparing shipments while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
  • Pick products from warehouse shelves according to order sheets or pick tickets
  • Pack items securely for shipment
  • Label packages and prepare orders for delivery
  • Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
