Job Description

Machine Operator

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to operate and monitor depositor equipment used in the production of bakery products. This role is responsible for maintaining product quality, supporting production efficiency, and following food safety and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor depositor equipment during production.
  • Set up equipment and make adjustments as needed.
  • Verify product weight, quality, and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Follow GMP, food safety, and safety procedures.
  • Assist with changeovers and other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Reliable attendance and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment

Food manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Overtime may be available based on production needs.
