Job Description

HW Staffing's client is seeking a dependable and adaptable 3rd Shift Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is perfect for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a team-driven environment. If you are reliable, flexible, and ready to build a long-term career, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure quality production.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
  • Adaptable, flexible, and reliable work ethic.
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven dedication and reliability through a consistent work history with previous employers.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate!
  • This position requires you to pass a security clearance which requires US Citizenship and the ability to pass a pre-employment screenings that include a background check, drug screen, employment and education verification.
