Job Description

Job Title: Machine Operator
3rd Shift: 11pm-7am

Job Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations. This role involves setting up, operating, and shutting down equipment, performing quality checks, and supporting the overall production process to meet company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery in accordance with established procedures.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues as they arise.
  • Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Obtain and prepare materials needed for production runs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience operating production or manufacturing machinery preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
