Job Description

Manufacturer/Wholesale Distributor seeks an accounts payable associate.

 

Job Description:

· Review, process and input vendor invoices, including:

· Maintaining vendor files.

· Answer vendor telephone calls and inquiries.

· Vendor statement reconciliation.

· Any other duties related to the position.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Professional and courteous telephone manners.

· Positive attitude with willingness to learn all aspects of accounts payable.

· Able to work as a team member in the accounting department and to be able to interact with other departments within the company.

 

Physical setting:

  • Office

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am to 5pm
  • In office position 

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
