Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and manage the month-end close across multiple entities. This role reports directly to the CFO and is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys improving processes and working closely with leadership in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and manage the monthly close process across multiple entities
  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules
  • Maintain accurate general ledger and intercompany accounting
  • Support cash management, AR/AP oversight, and working capital tracking
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with CFO reporting
  • Coordinate with external CPA firms on tax filings and year-end close
  • Help document, refine, and improve accounting processes and internal controls
  • Partner with operational teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4–7+ years of accounting experience, including ownership of month-end close
  • Strong understanding of GAAP
  • Experience working with external CPA firms
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in multi-entity or operationally complex environments
  • Exposure to inventory, fixed assets, or asset-heavy operations
  • Familiarity with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms
