- Manage and grow an assigned book of customer accounts
- Generate new business through cold calling and lead generation
- Build strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted partner
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Accurately process customer orders and handle inquiries
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Answer inbound calls and provide top-notch customer service
- Participate in trade shows, including setup and teardown
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability and willingness to learn new software (ERP training provided)
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
