About the Role:
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Salem, NH. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands the importance of accurate billing and taxation, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review service orders to ensure invoice accuracy
  • Conduct tax and billing checks as needed
  • Create individual, consolidated, and prepaid invoices
  • Send packing lists and apply freight charges to shipped orders
  • Process and send credit memos to customers
  • Utilize customer payment portals to process electronic payments
  • Respond to customer inquiries and update invoices accordingly
  • Perform end-of-day tasks including posting all invoices generated
  • Maintain accurate and organized invoice records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Customer service mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience with PSA/ERP systems is a plus, but not required
