Job Description

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and coordination of the finance management systems. This includes finance communication and coordination, financial systems development, and monitoring financial receivables.

* Responsible for daily accounts receivable functions

* Responsible for daily accounts payable functions

* Reconcile bank statements in QuickBooks

* Maintains and supports QuickBooks Pro

* Responsible for writing up financial contracts and entering into database

* Communication with clients regarding financial aspects of their accounts

* Posting payments and following up as needed

* Properly accounting all financial paperwork into the system

* Other clerical duties as needed (filing, sorting mail, email, answering phones etc)

* Other financial related duties as needed to improve client experience and efficiency

* Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable experience required

* Associates degree required

* Excellent phone skills required

* Professional communication skills required

* QuickBooks Pro experience is required
