Administrative Assistant Bilingual Spanish
We are a non-profit pre-school located in Long Island, NY. We are searching for a Spanish and English bilingual office support person.
The Position: We’re looking for Bilingual Secretary to support our busy pre-school office. In this role, you will provide high customer service levels through answering the phones, data entry, and preparing written documentation. The pay range we’re offering is $15.00 per hour to start.
- Bilingual Spanish/English, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience working with children is desired.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Able to type 55 WPM.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Support the office by screening and answering calls in both English and Spanish.
- Prepare memos, documents, and notices in English and Spanish.
- Enter records into the student tracking system.
- Plan and schedule appointments.
- Use standard office equipment such as fax, printer, and scanner.
