Job Description

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a manufacturing company located in Calverton, NY

This is a temporary position that could possibly lead to permanent.

 

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30pm, $20.00 hourly.

 

The ideal candidate would have prior administrative experience and excel knowledge.

 

Job description:

-Verifying and entering invoices

-Tracking and entering work orders

 

Experience with MS Office – Excel is a must

 

 *Miscellaneous clerical duties that may come up as needed*
