Job Description

HW Staffing is currently seeking an Office Assistant (Position will groom for Office Manager)

Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Overtime available

 

$18.00 hourly

 

This position is with a young, fast-growing company and requires the ideal candidate to have strong customer service/management, organizational, and social media skills. Market and promote services, greet clients, process payments, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain office safety/cleanliness.  (Taking out the trash and cleaning are essential daily tasks as part of this position!)  

 

MUST have experience in the BEAUTY INDUSTRY           

MUST be pleasant and outgoing.  

MUST have AMAZING communication skills.

MUST be a fast learner.

MUST have strong computer skills including Office and Adobe (Wix, Vagaro, Canva and Picsart highly desirable)

MUST have in-depth knowledge of social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
