Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who appreciates accomplishing a variety of different tasks and enjoys providing exceptional customer service to join our team.
Successful candidates will possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills with a positive people-focused attitude.
Major Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
- Answer phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
- Organize and maintain files and databases in an efficient manner
- Receive, sort, and distribute deliveries
- Edit and update various reports and spreadsheets
- Keep up with daily & weekly tasks such as billing, invoicing, & filing
- Maintain a welcoming and professional office environment
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time (8 AM – 4:30 PM)
Pay: $18-$20 Hourly. Pay dependent on experience & performance

Job Requirements
Minimum Position Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years previous experience in an office, or customer service environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook & data entry
- Working knowledge of mailing processes including a postage machine, FedEx, & UPS
- Ability to contend with a wide variety of people on various issues
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of humor
- Ability to work both independently, and collaboratively in a team environment
