We have an immediate need for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Program Managers at an area Defense Contractor. In this role, you'll be responsible for report preparation and organizing data as it relates to manpower plans, spend, scheduling and costs. Additional duties will include coordination of facilities, equipment and supplies.
This position is considered an entry level role but the person should have two years administrative experience supporting a large group. Prior experience working for a manufacturer and familiarity with government contracts and working with government agencies is a plus.
