Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Scarborough!
Job duties:
Performing data entry, coordinating calendars and meetings
Assist with Orientation process to included coordination of employee acknowledgment paperwork
Administer, track, and report on projects
Contacting vendors, and/or processing invoices/contracts
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements and presentations for on-going projects
Perform customer service functions by answering employee inquiries and/or directing employees to appropriate HR team member
Job Requirements
A successful candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office, have strong attention to detail and organization, ability to work independently as well as part of a team and two years experience in an HR related role.
