- Meaningful Work: Contribute to maintaining critical documentation that supports quality assurance and operational excellence.
- Enter quality-related data into the Quality Management System (QMS) and other databases.
- Assist the QA Manager/Director with document control, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Prepare and organize inspection records, rejection reports, audit documents, and other quality records.
- Create and edit technical documents including SOPs, user manuals, and process documents.
- Maintain and update Car History Books, organize files, and track quality data in Excel or similar platforms.
- Review reports for accuracy and interface with cross-functional teams to gather and update documentation.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, mail distribution, and maintaining department organization.
- Experience working in a Quality Assurance or related administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.
