Join our team in Long Island City, NY as an Administrative Assistant – Quality and become an essential part of supporting and maintaining high standards in quality systems and documentation. 
This is a 6-month temporary-to-permanent opportunity with long-term career potential.

  • Meaningful Work: Contribute to maintaining critical documentation that supports quality assurance and operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Enter quality-related data into the Quality Management System (QMS) and other databases.
  • Assist the QA Manager/Director with document control, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Prepare and organize inspection records, rejection reports, audit documents, and other quality records.
  • Create and edit technical documents including SOPs, user manuals, and process documents.
  • Maintain and update Car History Books, organize files, and track quality data in Excel or similar platforms.
  • Review reports for accuracy and interface with cross-functional teams to gather and update documentation.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, mail distribution, and maintaining department organization.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working in a Quality Assurance or related administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.
Work Environment:
This role is based in an active manufacturing and quality-focused environment. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, organization, and continual improvement. You'll support the integrity of critical quality processes and systems across the organization. Please be aware of the setting that they will be e aware of the setting.  You will be working around
