HW Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Administrative / Customer Service Rep for an established Insurance Agency located in Hauppauge:

5-6 month assignment with possibility of going permanent for the right candidate.

The candidate must have excellent clerical and organizational skills. The position involves document typing, scanning, emailing, attaching documents and other administrative duties. The candidate MUST HAVE strong computer skills and a workable knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Multitasking ability.
Friendly, professional phone manner with customer service experience.
Computer proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Detail oriented and a quick learner.
Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently in a fast paced environment.
