Workday Recruiting, Workday Reporting, Dashboards, communicating with stakeholders, HCM Core - Core and Recruiting experience, Front end experience with candidates from onboarding to hiring phase


Are you a Workday expert who enjoys optimizing recruiting processes, building impactful reporting solutions, and driving system improvements? We're looking for a Senior Workday Recruiting & Reporting Analyst to play a key role in supporting and enhancing a large-scale Workday environment.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and Reporting
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday functionality to support business objectives
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics that drive informed decision-making
  • Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing efforts, and process improvement initiatives
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with vendors and internal teams on resolutions
  • Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices and system capabilities
What We're Looking For
  • Strong experience supporting Workday Recruiting and Reporting
  • 7+ years of experience with enterprise applications, HRIS, ERP, or related platforms
  • Experience leading projects and working directly with business stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Workday certification preferred
