Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team, where you’ll be working on small parts in a seated, benchwork environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and have an eye for detail, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Precision Assembly: You’ll be responsible for carefully putting together small bonding and assembly parts, often using cameras and microscopes for accuracy.
  • Workstation Skills: This is a seated position where you’ll follow work instructions displayed on a screen or monitor to ensure every piece is assembled perfectly.
  • Quality Logging: Spot an issue? You’ll log it into our computer system and make sure everything is noted accurately.

Job Requirements

  • Assembly Experience: Some basic experience working with small parts in an assembly setting.
  • Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable logging into systems and typing notes about products.
  • Soft Skills: We value strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well with a team.

Nice to Have:

  • Creative Hands-On Experience: Whether you’ve built models, LEGO sets, made jewelry, or have other crafting experience, your attention to detail and hands-on skills are a big plus!
