Assembler I – Manufacturing

We’re hiring an Assembler I to perform light assembly and packaging of electro-mechanical and optical products. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on work, and is interested in growing their manufacturing experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform light assembly of electro-mechanical and optical components
  • Package finished products according to established procedures
  • Follow work instructions and production documentation
  • Inspect assemblies for quality and identify potential issues
  • Assist with troubleshooting assembly, material, or process concerns
  • Support improvements to manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Help maintain and update process documentation
  • Work with the production team to meet daily quality and production goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Dependable and comfortable working as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
