Assembler I – Mechanical & Electro-Mechanical

Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and enjoy working with mechanical and electronic components? We’re looking for an Assembler I to join a hardworking, collaborative team where quality, precision, and problem-solving are key.

What You’ll Do
• Assemble a variety of mechanical, electronic, and electro-mechanical instruments and sub-assemblies
• Test sub-assemblies and instruments following established procedures
• Assemble a wide range of kits and accessory items
• Troubleshoot and repair sub-assemblies and finished instruments
• Follow all standard procedures, processes, and safety guidelines
• Participate in Lean process improvement activities

What You’ll Need
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and written procedures, and follow verbal instructions
• Experience using hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches), power tools (nut drivers), and electronic test devices
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team settings
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments
• Basic computer/PC knowledge
• Soldering experience (required or strongly preferred)
