Join Our Team as an Assembler II!

Are you ready to be a vital part of a dynamic and innovative team? We are looking for an Assembler II to join our production line and help create top-quality products that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble Products: Work on the assembly line to put together product parts following established production guidelines.
  • Interpretation: Read and understand drawings, travelers, and bills of material.
  • Tool Usage: Utilize measuring tools, crimp tools, wire cutting equipment, and stripping machines.
  • Hand Crimping: Perform hand crimping, spot tie, and continuous lacing.
  • Heat Shrink: Apply heat shrink sleeving and boots.
  • Soldering: Solder pins, contacts, solder cups, solder sleeves, and bus wire splices.
  • Pot Assemblies: Complete pot assemblies as required and clean molds.
  • Quality Checks: Conduct spot checks to ensure products adhere to quality standards.
  • Report Issues: Notify management of any product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to company policies and safety regulations, wearing personal protective equipment as trained.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Keep an organized and clean work area.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • J-STD-001 and IPC-620 training
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
  • High physical dexterity and mechanical skills
  • Aptitude for figures and math

Education/Training:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
