- Vehicle Drivers License
- EXPERIENCE
- Entry level.
- Experience with precision work and a microscope preferred.
- Soldering experience a plus.
- SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

- Ability to interact well with employees.
- Ability to effectively communicate, in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to inspect parts at 30X magnification with stereo microscope.
- Ability to use tweezers and handle small parts.
- Ability to identify potential flaws in workmanship.

- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Prolonged periods of sitting.
- Vision and depth perception suitable for use of inspection microscopes

- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To install hermetic feedthroughs in aerospace devices using solder/flux.
- To clean parts using vapor degreasers and solvents.
- To leak test parts using a helium leak detector.
- To inspect and record/report findings as outlined in work instructions.
- To read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions pertaining to assembly, integration, cleaning, inspection, and testing.
- To be accountable for all tests and procedures performed.
- To operate machinery in accordance with documentation in a safe manner.
- To maintain a clean working environment.
- To adhere to company policies as described in the employee handbook.
- To keep the assembly manager informed of any issue that may have an adverse affect on the well being of the company.
- Any other duties or tasks assigned by the assembly manager.
- MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE
- This position is subject to annual performance reviews, conducted by the assembly manager or President. The following criteria are measured:
- Display of positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Performance of integration operations.
- Performance of inspection procedure.
- Ability to document procedures.
- Good Housekeeping Skills.
