1. JOB REQUIREMENTS
   1. EDUCATION
      1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
   2. LICENSING
      1. Vehicle Drivers License
   3. EXPERIENCE
      1. Entry level. 
      2. Experience with precision work and a microscope preferred.
      3. Soldering experience a plus.
   4. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
      1. 1. Ability to interact well with employees.
         2. Ability to effectively communicate, in English, both verbally and in writing.
         3. Ability to inspect parts at 30X magnification with stereo microscope.
         4. Ability to use tweezers and handle small parts.
         5. Ability to identify potential flaws in workmanship. 
   5. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
      1. Prolonged periods of sitting.
      2. Vision and depth perception suitable for use of inspection microscopes

2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
   1. To install hermetic feedthroughs in aerospace devices using solder/flux.
   2. To clean parts using vapor degreasers and solvents.
   3. To leak test parts using a helium leak detector.
   4. To inspect and record/report findings as outlined in work instructions.
   5. To read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions pertaining to assembly, integration, cleaning, inspection, and testing.
   6. To be accountable for all tests and procedures performed. 
   7. To operate machinery in accordance with documentation in a safe manner.
   8. To maintain a clean working environment.
   9. To adhere to company policies as described in the employee handbook.
   10. To keep the assembly manager informed of any issue that may have an adverse affect on the well being of the company.
   11. Any other duties or tasks assigned by the assembly manager.

3. MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE
   1. This position is subject to annual performance reviews, conducted by the assembly manager or President.  The following criteria are measured:
      1. Display of positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
      2. Performance of integration operations. 
      3. Performance of inspection procedure.
      4. Ability to document procedures.
      5. Good Housekeeping Skills.

MUST HAVE 1-2 YEARS SMALL PIECE ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE
