Assembler
Job Description
- Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations.
- Execute skilled hand work in assembly processes.
- Operate automated production equipment (as needed).
- Comprehend and interpret technical specifications, terms, and documents.
- Determine and follow methods and sequences of operations for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units.
- Make setups and adjustments, holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

- Must-Have: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must-Have: A minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience OR 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- Must-Have: Proven experience in electronic assembly.
- Must-Have: Strong soldering skills.
- Must-Have: Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow written work instructions in English.
- Deal-Breaker: Ability to lift 10-20 lbs.
- CCA or SMT Assembly background (fine hand work experience).
- Computer Skills (Excel/ERP Systems).
- Experience in the military or defense industry.
